For the benefit of all our reader, following are the formats which you need to carry with you at the time of interview / joining of a PSU Bank (signed by the appropriate authority) -
1. OBC Certificate
2. SC/ST Certificate
3. Physically Handicapped Certificate

ReplyDeleteThe PWD certificates issued by the states are different from this format. It is not easy again to go to hospitals and issue the duplicate one in this format. What will happen to them? please reply ASAP.
