ReplyDeleteI feel IBPS generally selects graduates for Clerk level vacancies...Why will they got for12th pass people if MBAs and MTEChs are also applying for clerk level vacancies...May be no. of 12th pass students applying for clerk vacancies are less in nos. and also IBPS is encouraging them to pursue Graduation rather than get in the whirlpool of Worklife....
