Pheww… Now my turn. excited… Bell rang entered the room .. Closed the door .. 

1 Ma’am + 4 Sirs (M1 + M2 + M3 + M4 ) all very helping & sweet

Greeted them all GM Ma’am GM to aal of you sir  they said aao beta betho .. i thanked & sat 

Now it started

M1 – What is your name 

Me – Angel*h

M1 – Qualification 

Me –MBA with major finance & minor mktng 

M1 + M2 – Acha to tum to bank ke liye hi ho .. bank me to yahi dono ka major role hai 

Me – Smiled & said yes sir 

M1 then intuuped by M2 —- Acha hum nhi puchenge tum btao kaise utilise kro gi apne skills ko 

Me – Sir Jaisa ki mera Finance major hai to bank ka bhi kaam yahi hai toh handle finance, savings, deposits, loans etc .. I will be a person jo ki easily in chijo ko smjh kr implement karungi … then will analyse the BS sheets of the customers who will come for taking credit.. 

M2 – or marketing me kaise krogi?

ME – I said Sir Customer ko better service dene ki koshish krungi … will organise campaigns canopy + banners direct selling etc 

Then M3 – Acha hum tumhe 2 business org ke BS dete hai AB batao how will you say which one is good

ME- Sir will check through ratio’s turnover their capital 

M2 + M3 – Acha kaise krogi example de kr btao kon kon se ration 

ME – Told All (Current ratio kitna % hona chahiye then acid test ratio then turn over then debt equity) Last me pucha sir koi b hai kya aap bta do jo reh gye

M1 – Acha ye batao – P/e ratio kya hota hai 

Me – thoda confuse ho gyi bhul gyi thi 😛 said sir ache se yaad nhi 

M1 – said no problem you answerd all well

M1 – Tell me do you know contingent liability

ME – I said yes sir

M1 – ok where is it mentioned on the balance sheet 

Me –on the foot note of balance sheet 

All said good 

M3 – acha apne kaha ki current ratio 2:1 is considerable if i give you two companies with one current ratio 2:1 & other 4:1 then which one will you choose & why 

Me- sir the one with ratio – 2:1 because sir current ratio liquidity btate hai or agar ek company apna hi fund proper use nhi kar rahi hai to humara kaise kregi … it cannot do justice with our money 

All said very good ( me on cloud nine ) 

Now , M1 said ok ye btao marketing ko how will you utilise 

Me –sir koi specific product vise btana hai ??

m2 – Haa btao jaise start up wali scheme nikali hai Jan Dhan yojna any one 

ME –Ok sir i will take example of Jan dhan Yojna as the objective is one account per house & it focus on Financial Inclusion so will have to target the Rural area the villages.. for that hume ja kr smjhana hoga , we organise nukkad natak , banking correspondents , canopy & also according to the foot fall hum branch me aaye customers ke through word of mouth publicity use kr sakte h

Then M1 Asked – Tell about present economic scenario yuan devaluation.

Me – explained all how it fell when it fell aug me 1400 points sensex ludka ( all said nice )

They asked acha india pe impact?

told 

To wo bole india ki economy kaisi hai

me –  told abhi stable ration hai BBB ka, 7.3 ka growth rate hai blab la 😛

Then M1 Said ok good wo jane bolne hi wale they hi M2 asked – will you be able to relocate shadi ke baad ,, your husband in Patna you at Goa

I said yes sir why not or ye baatein to shadi ke pehle fix hone wali cheeze h ..

ok what does your father do – told all 

Then ek panelist ne mere college ke baare me puchha ..he asked about the director. I told all they said than you angel*h
