1.Quackery
Meaning: the methods and treatments used by unskillful doctors or by people who pretend to be doctors
Synonym: Charlatanry
Sentence: “His cure was nothing but quackery.”


2.Vicissitude
Meaning:. the quality or state of being changeable
Synonym: beatitude, correctitude, decrepitude
Sentence: “What made you want to look up vicissitude?”

3.Acquiesce
Meaning: to accept, agree, or allow something to happen by staying silent or by not arguing
Synonym:assent,consent
Sentence: “They demanded it, and he acquiesced.”

4.Diaphanous
Meaning: used to describe cloth that is very thin and light
