Dear Friends,

“Success never comes walking at your door-steps. You have to walk miles and cross all the hurdles in the path to achieve it.”

The journey started in June, 2016 when I returned home after my Graduation without getting placed. I was not much disheartened as I thought it can be a blessing in disguise and wasted no time in starting my preparation for Govt. Sectors exams. In the beginning, I used to prepare by myself. My first banking exam was SBI Clerk, 2016 which I attempted without preparation as I had just graduated but to my surprise, I cleared the Prelims. But that was the only success till now. Here is the list of failures I had undergone in 2016.

1. LIC AAO 2016- Not Cleared: 160.50/300 (Cut-off 255.75) (My first non-technical exam)
2. NABARD Grade A & B 2016: Not Cleared.
3. SBI Clerk 2016: Prelims- Cleared: 56.25/100 (Cut Off-51.25)

4. SBI PO 2016: Prelims- Not Cleared

10. IBPS Clerk 2016: Prelims- Not-Cleared: 68.25/100 (Cut Off- 70.50) State: Bengal

This was a sad end of 2016. But as “Failure is nothing but stepping stone to Success”. I decided to make a fresh start in 2017. Luckily in February, I heard about BANKERSADDA & ADDA247 YouTube channel. The first video I saw there was about SBI PO 2017 Notification. This was my journey so far, I had almost given up by the end of 2017 but by God’s grace, 2018 was mine. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire team of ADDA-247, Anchal Mam, Saurabh Dey Sir, Ratnesh Shukla Sir, Sumit Sir, Santosh Sir, Akanksha Mam, Sachin Modi Sir, Kush Sir & Mukesh Sir for their regular guidance and fruitful online classes.

I would also like to thank CAREER POWER KOLKATA and its faculties, Vijay Sir, Souvik Sir, Deepak Sir & DGM Sir for their support and help. Career Power provided me free classes for the RRB PO Mains exam the

Interview Guidance program was fantastic. Without their guidance, I wouldn’t have been able to score high marks in the interview after scoring just 5.56 MARKS ABOVE CUT-OFF of my state in the Mains Exam.

My strategy was to watch ADDA247 online classes and give ADDA247 quiz daily, give Full-Length Mock Test at least 2 weeks before exams and analyze them, make short notes and learn from my mistakes.

Finally, I would like to thank my parents who were with me during my bad days and above ALL THE ALMIGHTY who gave me strength never to lose hope.

“You never fail in life when you don’t get positive result, you fail only when you stop trying.”

So the harder and longer you try the happier you would feel when you finally taste success after a series of failures as I came across.

ALL THE BEST!!!
