“Don’t give up… the beginning is always the hardest,
Life rewards those who work hard for it”

Hello Everyone,
Today I am going to share my success story but I think it would be better if I say that this is my failure story. I started preparing for banking exam in 2015 and Sbi clerk 2016 was my first attempt.

In the last 2 years I have appeared for almost in 30+ exams. But almost in every exam I failed. After facing consecutive failure there was a time when I lost all my hopes and I thought I should again try for some civil engineering related job. But my father has faith in me and always used to tell me “If I try I can do it”.
At last I cleared RRB PO and selected in Paschim Banga Gramin Bank.
So yes, it is true “The real FAILURE is when you stop trying”

I got to know about career power during my RRB po mains 2016 exam. I haven’t think twice and I joined classes on 7th January 2017.

I believe
  “If the plan doesn’t work,
Change the plan, Not the Goal”

It was the life changing journey for me. It would not be possible without the guidance of my mentors especially thanks to Arvind Sir, Vijay Ram sir, Souvik Sir and the entire career power team of Kolkata branch. Without their guidance it would be impossible.

Here I would like to give some tips for all the candidates. For clearing bank exam, one needs proper strategy. At first you should know your strength and weakness and I think you only can be the best judge of yourself. Then you can make your strategy according to your strength.

Coming to my preparation for reasoning and math as these are my strong areas so I solely follow adda247 regular quiz and sectional test (from adda247 store). For English (as it was my weak area) I only follow my class notes, read newspaper (Indian Express) and again adda247 quiz and sectional test. For GA I follow BA Hindu monthly review and bankersadda capsule. I would suggest everyone do read newspaper regularly and remember one thing that GA is the ultimate game changer so make your GA section stronger. Most importantly for bank exam we should be accustomed with time and for this mock test is the best way. I would like to suggest everyone to give at least 1 full length mock test regularly and subject wise sectional test and at last analyze these properly.

I also joined career power for interview preparation and again it was the blessings for me and I am able to crack interview with decent marks. Our mentors always used to tell us that “think positive and behave like a banker because end of the day it will reflect in your character and it will help you in your interview “

So lastly, I want to say,

“Don’t worry about failures,
Worry about the chances
You miss when you don’t even try”

At last I really want to say all the credits of my success goes to my father and my mentors Arbind sir, Vijay Sir, Souvik Sir and lastly my friends. Thank you so much all of you for supporting me.
