“Hard work makes perfect, Smart work gives success”: Lingappa N (IBPS RRB PO)

“Till the full stop doesn’t come, the sentence is not complete”: Amrendra Kumar (IBPS RRB PO)

Journey During  2015 – 2017.
I am Lingappa N , From Kammarachedu, Ballari, Karnataka. I would like to share my success story with you…..
As everyone dreams,I too had a dream that I wanted to be a banker so I started preparing for it before completion of graduation and I had been selected for Larsen and Toubro (L&T) Limited in campus interview while studying 6th semester. I immediately joined to it though I was not interested just because of family and as you know now a days it’s really difficult to get a job in the prestigious organization.
But I hadn’t left my dream, I started preparation for banking after settling down at job (2-3 months after) finally that was time to give exam without proper preparation and failed in 3 exams.
1. RRB PO – Failed in English,
2. RRB Clerical- Couldn’t get overall cutoff,
3. IBPS PO Prelims – Again Failed in English.
After these results, I analysed that where I had done mistakes and decided not to make those in the next IBPS Clerical exam (2015) so, as I prepared I cleared the prelims and waited 3 months for mains results.
Finally, yes…… that was time to celebrate, I had been selected for Bank of India.
Selected for the following banks:-
1. 2015 – IBPS Clerical (Bank of India)
2. 2016 – IBPS RRB PO (Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank)
3.2017 –  SSC CGL Tier I
              –  IBPS RRB PO (Pragati Krishna Gramin Bank)
Thanks to my family, friends who supported me a lot to succeed and last but not the least “bankers adda” which helped to be successful…..

Finally, I would like to tell one thing that working hard is not enough to succeed, it also needs smart work…..
Never stop believing in yourself. Have faith in God. Keep looking forward. There will be many obstacles in the way. Fight with all your might, and taste the hard earned success.

Thank You.
