DSSSB Recruitment 2017: Notification, Vacancies, Admit Card & Syllabus


DSSSB has released official DSSSB Notification for DSSSB 2017 Exam for the post of Grade-II (DASS), Legal Assistant, Pharmacist, Matron, warden and Asst. Supritendent. Candidates can check the detailed official notification of DSSSB 2017 by clicking on the link mentioned below. A total of 835 vacancies have been declared for selecting eligible candidates to the above mentioned posts through DSSSB Exam. The online application will start from 1st November 2017 and will close on 21st November 2017.

DSSSB 2017 will be organized to recruit candidates for various posts offered by the State Government of Delhi. DSSSB will recruit candidates for filling 7200+ vacancies. The Online Registration Process of DSSSB Exam has already started.Candidates are given this golden opportunity to join the Government Organization through DSSSB 2017 Exam.

DSSSB Recruitment 2017

Around 7200+ vacancies are to be filled through DSSSB 2017 Recruitment Process. Candidates can apply for DSSSB Teacher's post online from August 25th to September 15th, 2017.

Currently DSSSB has released Admit Card for exam to be conducted on 29th October 2017. Candidates can download DSSSB Admit Card by clicking on the link mentioned below. The exam will be conducted to recruit eligible candidates for the post of Primary Teacher in MCD. The exam will be conducted from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM on 29th October 2017.

DSSSB Vacancy 2017

With the release of official notification of DSSSB 2017 Exam, the exact number of vacancies will be revealed. Currently the speculations about the vacancies are made on the basis of statistics availbale from last years' notification. DSSSB Salary 2017

A very handsome salary is provided to the candidates joining the Government Ministry through DSSSB 2017 exam. The salary is different for different posts. DSSSB Exam Dates 2017

The Delhi Subordinate Staff Selection Board will soon notify candidates with the exam dates for DSSSB 2017 Exam. The Online registration for Group B/Group C post started from 1st August 2017. The last date to fill the application form is 21st August 2017.

DSSSB 2017 Exam Pattern

DSSSB 2017 Exam will be conducted in two levels:
  • Tier-I and
  • Tier-II

The exam pattern for both these level of examination is different. Let’s have a look at the Exam Pattern for both these level of examination separately:

DSSSB Tier-I Exam

Tier-I of DSSSB Exam is an online exam having multiple choice questions. The entire exam constitutes of 200 marks. 5 major sections such as General Awareness, General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Ability, English and Hindi Language Test are asked in Tier-I of DSSSB Exam.

DSSSB Tier-II Exam

Tier-II exam of DSSSB 2017 will also be Multiple Choice Question-based test for Technical Posts. The entire test comprise of 200 marks. An additional descriptive test of 75 marks is also asked in the Tier-II Exam of DSSSB 2017. A descriptive test of 50 marks (essay writing) and a descriptive test of letter writing constituting of 25 marks are asked in the descriptive test of DSSSB online Exam.

0.25 marks will be deducted for every question attempted wrong by a candidate in DSSSB 2017 Exam as penalty.

DSSSB 2017 Application Fee

An application fee of Rs. 100/- is to be paid by a candidate for DSSSB 2017 Exam. Female candidates and candidates belonging to SC/ST/ PWD/ex. Servicemen category are exempted from paying the application fee for DSSSB 2017 Exam. Candidates have to pay their application fee online through SBI e-pay. No other form of fee payment is acceptable.

DSSSB Eligibility 2017

To be eligible for DSSSB 2017 Exam, a candidate must fall into the major three criteria fulfilling the requirement of the multiple posts offered through DSSSB 2017 Exam.

Special **Educator (Primary) Post Senior Secondary School Certificate (12th Class) or its equivalent from a recognized board institution.
Two year’s Diploma Programme in special education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India in any Category of Disability or any other equivalent qualification approved by the RCI.

Teacher** (Primary) Post Senior Secondary (10+2) or Intermediate or its equivalent from a recognized board / institution.
Two year’s Diploma / Certificate Course / in Elementary Teacher education Course/ Junior Basic Training or equivalent or bachelor of elementary education from a recognized institution.

Age Relaxation is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories as stated under Government of India.

DSSSB Admit Card 2017

The Admit Card for DSSSB 2017 Exam will be released shortly. DSSSB Admit Card will be released separately for the multiple posts offered. Candidates will be issued Admit Card in accordance with the post they have applied for. DSSSB Result 2017

The Results for DSSSB 2017 will be declared after the examination for the same has been conducted. Results will be declared for the posts offered through DSSSB 2017 Exam separately, i.e. in the sequence of the exam conducted.
