Hello friends,
I am Rajesh Kumar Swami. I did my graduation in electronics and communication engineering in 2015. After completion my college in July 2015 I started preparation for bank exams. I took coaching from a banking institution in Delhi.

I appeared in every bank exam after July 2015.
In 2015 I couldn’t qualify in any exam.
In 2016 I qualify only IBPS RRB clerk prelims but in mains, I couldn’t qualify.
In 2017, During this year I met with Mithlesh kumari one of my best friends. She told me about adda 247 youtube channel and the value of speed test. After that, I wathed videos of all subject to clear basic. I am the biggest fan of BBM show because it helped to increase banking awareness. I like the quote of Kush sir chlo age badhte h” . I gave speed test on the daily basis and analysed it. I appeared in IBPS RRB PO and IBPS PO prelims and the first time I cleared both exams.

My Strategy to clear mains exam:
I used to solve quizes of bankers adda. I used to play calculation games it help me to increase my
calculation speed. I had a habit of writing tables 1 to 40, squares 1 to 50, cubes 1 to 25 on daily basis.
I practiced puzzles and attempted quizes. I used to watch current affair show and bankers adda capsule helped me a lot.

After clearing the mains exam I prepared for the interview and took interview mocks . it increase my
confidence and got good marks in interview.  Friends, finally I select in IBPS RRB PO 2017-18 as Officer Scale-1 (PO) in HIMACHAL PRADESH GRAMIN BANK.
