The other person’s investment of 200 would become 200 × 1.2 × 1.2 = 288

The total value would become 288 + 73.46 = 361.46

This represents approximately a 20% increase in the value of the amount after 2 year.

The value of the 100 would become 100 × 6/7 × 6/7 = 3600/49 = 73.46

The other person’s investment of 200 would become 200 × 1.2 × 1.2 = 288

The total value would become 288 + 73.46 = 361.46
