"Your Attitude Determines Your Action", says Vishal Saluja | IBPS PO – 34 |_2.1
Greetings Aspirants!

I, Vishal Saluja, got selection in IBPS-PO (PNB) & IBPS-Clerk (UBI), 2018-19 examination. I have been preparing since December 2016 and have faced failures like anything. Every time I missed it by a little margin, sometimes, in English sectional cut-off, or sometimes I used to get baffled in puzzles. But as it is a saying that perseverance pays-off, and indeed it paid me off with this gracious designation.

Winning Strategy:
The predominant strategy that everyone must adopt is Never Looking Back, once you make up your mind to do something, first of all, you should walk through your own SWOT analysis, where you get to know about your strong and weak areas to brush-up. And I did the same!
S – Strong: (My strong point and strategy)
I was adept at Quant and GA since I realized that I am good at calculations and I practiced a lot and GA can be mastered just by memorizing some facts with tactics. Especially, when applications like ADDA247 helps you in your palm.

W – Weak: (My weak point and overcoming strategy)
I was literally dumb in English but, guess what? I scored the highest in IBPS PO mains English. I merely attempted 27 questions and scored 26.38. Now, let me unveil the curtain. I could make it possible just because of rigorous reading practice. I read day in and out to make me adept at English. I would love to share this credit with adda 247 which assists me at every moment.
O – Opportunity: (Points worth to master)
You may know, PARETO’s 80/20 principle, which advocates that your 80% results are because of your 20% efforts. I was bit reluctant to experiment with this method earlier, but later on, when I started applying this, it worked like wonder and I started scoring like magic.
To apply this, you should better focus on what to leave/ignore, rather what to do. The moment you find the way just walk on, don’t wait.
T – threats: (Things to ignore)
You should protect yourself from others’ opinions. Others say as per their capabilities and limitations, so focus on your own strengths and weaknesses.
You are never too far!
I missed RRB PO 2017 final list by just 2 Marks
I missed Indian Bank PGDBF final list
I missed Canara-PO PGDBF final list
Finally, cleared IBPS-PO & clerk 2018-19
Moral: Keep going on, who knows your destination is just next to you.
Anecdote:
My journey from ‘Chai Vale ka Ladka’ to ‘PO’, I embrace to be the son of such a courageous father who supported me even when I was continuously failing and never asked me to find another job.
Although I can’t thank ADDA247 enough for its contribution in my success yet I would say that it might have taken many more years to clear exams without ADDA247.

Thanks & regards
Vishal Saluja
