Hello to all the bright readers of Bankersadda. I am here sharing story of my success in State Bank of India Assistants.
First of all, a big thanks to my Godji, my parents, my friends and the entire team of Bankersadda. This site is really very helpful in every aspect of high competition in banking field. I followed bankersadda as a silent reader from almost one and a half year. Due to this, I believe in smart work to crack the bank exams at present point of time with such a high competition.
I completed BE from Elex and Comm branch in 2013 and then decided to prepare for bank exams because my aim is different for my professional life. So, first of all, I analysed my weaknesses to crack the bank exams and at that moment of time, my general awareness with reference to banking industry was zero. Then, I joined a coaching institute immediately after graduation that helped me a lot in enhancing my banking awareness and I attempted all bank exams in 2013. But I was not qualified that exams except one and that was IBPS-PO III. (Sirf IBPS-PO ke clear hone se meri umeedein bi sirf usse thi or ek darr bi tha ki kahi nahi hua to mera 2014 barwad ho jaega..)
After that, I started preparing for my IBPS-PO III interview and gave the interview on 8th Jan 2014. My interview experience was not good because that was my first interview, I was feeling nervous with no confidence at all.
After 2-3 months, the final result of IBPS-PO III was announced on 1st April 2014 and my result is “NOT QUALIFIED”. I was feeling depressed and still I have no words at that moment of time because that was like a black day for me. ( Now, I realised that it was the U-turn day of my life..)
Then, the next day started with a fresh morning and new hopes in my life. I thought that the ultimate aim of my life could not vanish easily. I had to move on with new ideas, new tricks, new hopes with an experience of whole process of IBPS-PO III. I tackled that failure with my positive attitude towards my goal.
After that, I studied with the smart plans and strategies i.e. reading English newspaper daily, short term targets based study daily, analysing my weaknesses and then working on them and also giving online test daily that helped me a lot in time management.
Finally the bank exams season came in 2014 and then I was feeling more confident and satisfied with my smart work. Actually I wanted to crack all written exams of bank in a row that was my strong desire. After giving all exams, the result was:
- SBI-PO: slipped by 4 marks (76 marks)
- RBI ASSISTANT: slipped by 12 marks (144 marks)
- IDBI-PO MANIPAL: Qualified
- SBI CLERK: Qualified
- RRB-PO III: Qualified (118 marks)
- RRB-CLERK III: Qualified (153 marks)
- IBPS-PO IV: Qualified (89 marks)
- IBPS-CLERK IV: Qualified
I gave IDBI PO Manipal interview, but not qualified in final result. Then, gave SBI CLERK interview which was really an awesome interview experience, after that gave IBPS-PO IV interview and then IBPS CLERK IV interview. Finally exams and interview season came to an end.
Now, finally my hard + smart work + patience + a strong desire + my positivity pays off and now I am one of those successful candidates of SBI Assistants 2015 and also waiting for IBPS-PO IV final result. (fingers crossed)
Guys, Take up one idea, make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it and live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to SUCCESS. (By Swami Vivekananda)
