Dear Readers,

This to inform you that Allahabad bank has taken out a notification about the document verification requirements with slight changes. There is no more a need for students to bring along the print out of the call letters of the exam.

SWO-A Recruitment IBPS (CWE –V) in Clerical Cadre

Please submit legible and self attested photocopies of the following documents invariably by 26/04/2016 for necessary scrutiny of documents.

1. Name, IBPS Roll No, State Applied in IBPS Application on a blank sheet of paper

2. KYC formalities. (PAN card/ Aadhar card/ Driver’s License, Passport etc)

3. Printout of On-line application

4. X th std. mark sheet & certificate.

5. XIIth std. mark sheet & certificate.

6. Year wise/ semester wise mark sheet of Graduation

7. Consolidated mark sheet of Graduation

8. Graduation Certificate.

9. Computer literacy certificate.

10. OBC certificate in Central Govt. format signed by the Competent Authority, date of issuance should be within one year prior to the date of interview as per notification of IBPS.

11. In case of candidate belonging to SC/ ST community certificate to be produced in Central Govt.

format as per notification of IBPS

12. Papers/Documents showing date of relieving in case of Ex-servicemen. (should be released on or

before 31/08/2016)

13. In case of PWD candidates, the certificate should be issued by the Medical Board constituted by

the Central / State Govt.
