According to IBPS Clerk official notification, The starting Basic Pay for IBPS Clerk is Rs 11,765. The IBPS Clerk pay scale is 11765-655/3-13730-815/3-16175-980/4-20095-1145/7-28110-2120/1-30230/1310-1-31540.
Clerk Salary in bank is monthly salary of Rs.18000 to Rs.21000 in hand during the training period. After the training period, the perks and other benefits are added and which may vary from bank to bank. The Basic Salary Component of Bank Clerk may vary in the range of Rs 11,500 – Rs 13,000. (with a scope of promotion.)
IBPS Clerk is also liable to get other allowances besides salary which depends on the place of posting. These other allowances like TA, DA, HRA are added in the salary and the total amount is what a person under IBPS Clerk gets in hand.
