According to our sources, Interviews for the recruitment of Specialist Officer will be scheduled from 15th March 2015 and will continue till 19th to 23rd March 2015, depending to location to location.
The final result for IBPS Specialist Officer is expected to be declared on 7th April 2015.
One must also remember that the Interview Panel will comprise of 5 members, out of which one will be a Specialist Officer, who is well versed in his/her respective field. So, in addition to the traditional banking questions (which will be fired at you by the rest of the panel), be ready for the technical questions too. You need to focus on both – Traditional Banking & Technical Knowledge.
Also, the Specialist Officer sitting in the panel must be of your age and currently employed in some PSBs, as opposed to the rest of the panel, which are seasoned and retired person. So, keep this in mind and always remember that your level thinking will be matched by his. So, be careful while answering.
