M1: Mr.jayachandra you are from Chittor district where is your home town?
Me : yes sir I belongs to Chittor dist but my home town is Narayanavaram which is 72 km away from chittor.
F1: What is the specialization of your home town
Me: Told history about TEMPLE OF BALAJI WHICH IS in my home town if anyone has problem in marriage if they could pray at that temple definitely they will get marriage that is the specialty of that temple mam had big smile
F1: have u prayed for that with smile?
Me: No ma’am still time is there ma’am I need to get a job then I will
M1: What is ur qualification?
Me: MBA marketing and HR
M1: So ur HR and Marketing specialist?
Me: Yes sir

M1: See JAYACHANDRA there is a lot of gap in top level management in banking sector being a HR what will u do to fill the gap ?
Me:Sir its simple by doing performance appraisal we can get the candidate who are doing better performance we can select the candidate and we can place him in top level
M1: OK but what about administration side?
Me: Sir for that we have training and development deportment we can train up them

M2: Who many stages are there in product life cycle?
Me: There is 4 stages explained about the stages
M2: Which is more profit gaining stage?
Me: Maturity stage
M2: In this cycle last stage is decline stage being a marketing back ground what will u do to sustain your product without decline stage ?
Me : Sir by adding some special things to the product we can. Explain with example with herohonda motor splendor and modified with splendor plus panel members were looked very satisfied
M2: what are policy you will adopt for employ retention In banking so many people’s are leaving jobs after training and development by this banks are getting losses?
Me : I said about maslows hierarchy needs if we satisfy that needs then no person will left seemed well satisfied
M3 :Tell about MGNREGA?
Me: HERE I GOT NICE PRESENTATION I told everything about this scheme when they have started, what is the main theme of that scheme, what are the recent changes made, how they will calculate the wages

Me: Explained but told only agriculture and small entrepreneur but madam looks not satisfied

Me: Explained the different types of distribution channels
M3: Which one is better can give an example for that?
Me: Manufacture to consumer example E commerce looks satisfied
M1: Tell me about ur role models?
Me: Two persons influenced me more sir they are one my father PURUSHOTHAM Garu from him I learn how to respect others and morale of life how we need be strong in odd situations and another person is my uncle DORASWAMY Garu he also banker started carrier with agriculture field officer in Andhra bank and retried as a General manger from him I learned how hard work brings success and he is the main to choose my carrier in banking
