New pattern in bank exams: Change Management!

Dear Readers,
New pattern in bank exams: Change Management! |_2.1
With a lot of bombardment and with unexpected changes, SBI PO exam is over now! Students from all over the India are sharing their reviews about the exam that it was damn difficult.
If you tried your level best, but still could not manage to do well, mainly due to circumstances beyond your control, do not be harsh to yourself. The only thing that you have total control over, are your own thoughts. Well the first thing is to have the right attitude. So, just be positive and start studying back again.
“Either you run the day or it ruins you.” – Jim Rohn
You all have been victim of a bad day. You had two options upon plopping down at your exam desk. You could channel all your energy into being angry, being depressed and give up on the test you had studied so hard for, or, you could take control of your emotions and shove those negative feelings aside to focus on your test.
New pattern in bank exams: Change Management! |_3.1No one likes to fail. Whether it’s at work, at home, or in another area of your life, failure is painful – and it can also be costly in terms of time, money, or both. But failure is a normal part of life. If you never, ever suffer a failure, then you’re probably not pushing yourself to your full potential. Often, it’s only through failure that we eventually meet with success.
But failure is normal, and lots of people fail time and time again before meeting with success.
“Edison failed 10, 000 times before he made the electric light. Do not be discouraged if you fail a few times.”

You need to understand that failing is part of a learning progress. Embrace failure. It is the best learning tool and will take you far in life if you utilize it to make you better – not push you down.
Think in a way that motivates you to study. Actually, it is not about working hard, it’s about working smart.
I think, its all about studying smart. Maybe, your studying method was not good…maybe you need to practice more. You’ll have to study for the subject, but, this time with a different method. Its not the end of the world right now.
“do try but don’t fail to try”
Now, what is done is done. Take a lesson from it and move on. No point in thinking over it. But, try to find what was the problem in your method. Maybe, you had practiced less or maybe, your concepts weren’t clear. And may be you have not practiced enough to make your mind so active to adapt changes and to solve the new problems/challenges on the spot. This is the thing which no one can teach you. What will you do when you fall into some different situation at the place of work when you get selected as a PO? Will you start blaming your boss and induction trainer that they have not taught you about that situation? Or, you will accept the challenge and will perform using your all experience, knowledge and wisdom? This is the thing that SBI wanted to test!

Now analyse what you have to choose? Is BA to blame for that? This type of pattern was never ever asked in any banking examination. But those who have studied seriously were able to attempt a decent number of question in this worst paper also!

SBI has clearly proved hard labour pays off! There is no shortcut to success! They need the most intelligent and smart brains of India, and not those following shortcuts in study and also not the rote learners!
So, now start studying deeply each and every thing! Furthermore, we will also start providing the study materials and quizzes based on the new pattern now. But, again we say do not just mug up things, do not go for shortcuts only – do study in depth, do explore the things and make your mind active enough to accept changes and new challenges!
But do not give up!
Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
Earl Nightingale said:
“We become what we think about.”

What you think consciously will affect your subconscious mind, which in turn affects your actions. An optimistic student will fight till the last second whereas a pessimistic student will give up easily.

So, study well! Our wishes and support is always with you!
