Dear Readers,
Yesterday we unplugged each and every part of LIC so that we can understand what’s needed to clear the examination. Today we will pick another pioneer recruitment process that is SIDBI Grade A Officer which is scheduled to be held on 24th January 2016 and we will try to decode it into bits and parts. Friends, it is also one of the sought after vacacies in the banking sector. So friends, it is one of the opportunity which you all don’t want to miss.

Yesterday when we talked about LIC, we said that the syllabus almost remains same but pattern might be different. In fcat the syllabus and the scheme of examination is same as of IBPS PO. Below is the table depicting different sections and marks allotted.

It is quite clear from the above table that the pattern is same as IBPS PO Mains. So friends, you will have to adopt the same strategy that you had adopted at the time of PO. First, let us start with the Time Management. You all know that how crucial it is to manage time at the time of examination. And it is more difficult to stick to the plan with so much pressure in the head. And difficult sections add to the pressure at that point of time. So friends, just make sure that you switch sections on time because IBPS PO Mains result came as a lesson with higher individual cut-off. Below is the time management diagram that you all can adopt for the exam.
Let us look at the topics that you should definitely prepare before going for the exam. This might seem repetetive but friends, it is necessary as well. Use the below topics as a checklist and keep ticking the topics you cover from time to time.
