FIRST STEP TOWARDS SUCCESS AFTER 5 YEARS FAILURE

Hello friends this is VK the BANARASIYA, 24 years old, sharing my story that how an average commerce student, studied from govt. School, average in maths and English became a scale 1 officer in Madhya bihar gramin bank.

Since my mother is a medical patient, my father had double responsibility to take care of ourselves and earn money. So the family income was very low. Hamesha sochata tha kuch aisa bnuga ki yaar ghar me atleast paise ki dikkat na ho. Mummy , papa sukun se baki ki life spend kr ske. Somehow I came to know that banks were recruiting a hug no. of people. Waise recruitment toh kafi jagah thi but baaki jagah MONEY BHAI aur SOURCE lgta tha. CA, CS kr nhi skta tha because utna padhaku nhi tha. So maine 1-2 bank clerk k forms bhare. Then gave IBPS CLERK 2011 Offline wala. Tb clerk ka paper itna easy aata tha ki without coaching bhi nikal jae. Education qualification required was 12th paas only. Result came, got 163/250. Socha job lag gai, SARKARI NAUKARI  , roj 2-3 baar result ko dekhta tha but there was no common interview, interview calls 185 walo ko aaya.

Socha next time pakka nikalunga, without coching k he. 2-3 hours pdta tha, dosto se magazines mang kr GA pdta tha. Sath sath M.com ki studies bhi. Bich me mere papa ko heart attack bhi aya. But because of almighty GOD _/_ , he is ok. Meanwhile failed in SBI CLERK and SSC10+2. At December, jis din M.Com 1st sem ka exam tha usi din IBPS CLERK ka exam center MEERUT bhej diya. So I had to leave clerck exam because my M.com exams. Bahut upset tha, laga jaise koi mujhe thaapad maar k bol rha BHAIYA JI SMILE. 😛

During M.com, I met a very beautiful girl,so gental named SJ. We became close friend in few months,She always supported me. Har jagah sath jate, khub masti krte. Socha mst si govt, job le lu. Fir propose kr dunga. M.com ki padai, Chit chat wid her, giving tuitions to students for pocket money and for filling the forms, ghar k kaam me papa ki help krna etc. Bank ki prep hardly 1 -2hour ho pati thi. RRB SCALE 1 me fail , RRB CLERK got 119/200 not enough for interview. Cried a lot at night that I missed again. IBPS PO first time diya, Itne bhayanak questions dekh k dimag jhanna gya.. got 47/200, genral cutoff 61 shayad.

GIRNA BHI ACHCHHA HOTA HAI,AUKAT KA PTA CHLTA HAI. Started hell hard prepration for clerk. MUMMY, PAPA k sath ab koi special one bhi thi, jo motivate krti thi. She was very special for me. Yes she was too close friend for me, but girlfriend nhi thi, but I started to love her silently. Anyways, IBPS CLERK 3 came. Fir se Varanasi se dur and in middle of 3rd sem. Exam. December me raat bhar Allahabad station pe kaapte kaapte soya aur subah KAUSHAMBI ja kr exam diya aur ghr aakar next day semester exam. Result came, I was out by getting 100/200. Totally shocked,,,, mere tin dost jinke sath pdta tha ,1 became po and 2 became clerk. Sbne bolna shuru kr diya yaar tu SJ k karan pdai pe dhyan nhi de paa rha shayad. But one of my friend got 99/200 (obc),firstly in waiting list, got UBI ultimately. Tb pahali baar lga ki yaar mai bhi deserve krta tha, bahut jarurat bhi thi,GOD!! why not me??? General category hu toh kya!!! EK BAAR TOH MN KIYA KI HIGH JUMP MAAR DU. 🙁

After few months, SJ said that one special has come in her life, but it was not me. She loved him. Both love each other and they are very happy. But I was totally broken. Puri life sirf khud ko santwana dena skiha alag alag jagaho par. Bs haar chuka tha. Sj ne bht kosis ki ,to be just like we used to be. But pta nhi kyu, life me ye hi ek compromise thi jo mai bahut chah kr bhi kar nhi paya. Mai usse dur chala gya. I don’t know but I always regert for that 

JAB BHI HOYI HAI GUFTAGU MERI KHUD SE, JIKRA TERA JAROOR HOTA H 

Somehow I again recollected myself and started preparing , mean while I came to know BA, in 2014. GK capsules were like grt gifts to me. Gave rrb clrk 2014(160/200) was again not enought to get an interview call. I joined STOCK HOLDING CORPORATION as an officer trainee( marketing & operation). Mn toh nhi tha, but gross salary was 20k , aur ghar k halat aise the ki mujhe join krna pda. Raat ko 8 bje ghar aakr himmat nhi hoti thi pdhne ki, performance was decreasing very rapidly. Ibps po 2014 (85/200). Clrck (119/200). I was called in both interviews. But not able to prepare for interviews. Jo khatarnak interview gya ki hamesha yaad rhega. Aisa aisa Accounting ratios- DEBT EQUITY ,DSCR,busi. law puchhe ki I was like PTA NHI CHAHATE KYA THE . 1st april came. Double april fool. Totally broken. I gave resignation notice in STOCK HOLDING for bank preparation, but another turning point came. Govt. of India increased its stake in IFCI, and being a subsidiary of IFCI, STOCK HOLDING, became a Govt. Company, but I knew there was no career growth. Jindagi bhar subah se sham tk ghum ghum k marketing, aur last me boss ko justify kro ki bus itna kyu :-p

Everyone said, notice period wapas le lo, govt. ho gya ab toh, but maine socha AGR AB PREPRATION K LIYE ACHCHHE SE TIME NHI DE PAYA, TOH LIFE TIME YEHI SOCH KR PACHHTATA RAHUNGA KI KAASH….KAASH MAI KR LIYA HOTA TOH BANK ME HOTA. AGR NA BHI HUA TOH MERI KHUD KI GALTI HOGI. LEKIN REGERT NHI HOTA, TAJURBA MILEGA.

Tabhi SBI PO aaya. 7-8 months k gap me prep ki band baj gai thi, pre me he fail ho gya. Socha mujhse bda nalak koi nhi, felt I am totally worthless. Kuch log bolne lge LOGO KO GOVT. JOB MILTI NHI AUR YE CHHOR K GHAR BAITHA H. Sochta tha yaar job kr rha hota toh financially support toh milta papa ko, pta nhi kya hoga. Dimag ki dahi ho jata tha soch k. Upar se mere best friend ka bhi PO nikl gya,, ek aur dialog TERE DOST BIRE KA TOH HO GYA…. 3 Idiots ka dialog yaad aa jata tha.. AGR DOST TOP KRE TOH……. :-p but biru is my best friend. Kbhi negatively nhi liya uske success ko . IDBI executive bhi fail ho gya. Itna depressed hogya ki sochne lga sb chhor char k SADHU bn jau :-/

Savings se ek laptop for online st aur coaching k liye Career Power Varanasi branch join kiya, failed many exams but cleared rrb scale 1 written.

Jis din interview k liye ja rha , Modi Ji foreign me 1 din me 2-2 country jane wale the. Bola kaise yaad rakkhu yaar… tbhi najar pdi ki wo banaras bhi jane wale h kuch din baad.

Interview me 1st qstion yahi puchha ki modi ji banaras kb ja rhe. Maine socha o terriiiii… subah subah he toh barbarate hue pda tha ki 12 dec ko jaa rhe. Achchhe se ans kiya.

Fir puche DEBT EQUITY RATIO KYA HOTA H?

Socha ye toh last year ka question hai, lappo ball, lapak lo :-p

Fir wo cross question krte chalegai aur mai ans krta chala gya. Baad me puche beta DSCR jante ho? MN ME DUSRA LADDOo PHUTA, yaar ye sb ek interviewer ne last year bhi pucha tha aur mujhe tb insbka naam tk nhi pta tha :-p but this time, chhorne wala nhi tha, sb pdh k gya tha.. everything went awesome. MN kiya ki last year wala interviewer mil jae toh uske takale pr pappy le lu aur bolu -Aap k karan mera interview iss saal achchha hua.

USS DIN SAMJH AYA KI FAILURE GIVES EXPERIENCE, WHICH LEADS TO SUCCESS

Got 73 in interview and selected in MADHYA BIHAR GRAMIN BANK. Waiting for joining,

BA helped me, it guided me because I was doing effort but no one guided me as BA did. 

NEKI KAR AUR DARIYA ME DAAL..This really suits to BAians… jb bhi koi question rukta, I found many who helped me. Exam experience de dete aur advice bhi de dete ki YAAR YE WALA QUESTIONS TOUGH H, CHHUNA MT 😛

Kuch achhe friends bhi mile like JERRY( jb bhi demotivate hota, bolti thi pd le,, kai baar jhuth muth ka bol deti thi ki 7-8 ghante padai ki.. taki mai bhi sun k aur mehnat karu:-p)

Co2, STYLO, AKASH etc. Bhot log h..

English k liye The Hindu app. download krlo, pdo, English news channel dekho, koi bhi practice set,ST lgao. DARR K AAGE JEET H, JB TK ENGLISH SE BHAGOGE, ENGLISH NHI AAEGA.

Ga k liye.. BA bahot achchha h. Baki thoda other sites dekh lo agr km lge toh. Mujhe BA me he itna info mil jata tha ki thk jata tha

Maths me weak hu mai. Bus quadric, DI, simplification etc exam me krta tha. Solve previous paper, ST and buy M. TAIYRA If u can.

Reasoning k liye solve previous paper,ST. Puzzles, sitting arrangement ki khub practice kro, ab bahot tough aa rhe.

7-8 hour ki padhai jaruri h, agr aap average student h. Km se km 6-7 month whatsapp, fb, moh maya tyag kar agyatwas me chale jaeye, aur jm k padhai kre because competition is getting hell hard now.

Maine itna lmba isliye likha because maine dekha kuch log 1-1.5 year k defeat se depressed ho ja rahe. Dosto mai 20 se jyada baar fail hua hu. 5 saal lg gae. Ab jakar hua. JO LOG BOLTE THE KI TUMNE BAHUT BDI GALATI KI STOCKHOLDING CHHOR K, WO AAJ BOLTE H KI AGR CHHORTE NHI TOH TUMHARA HOTA NHI. YOU DID RIGHT DECISION.
