Hello friends,
I am Kapil Pandey, a student of careerpower bareilly,(U.P).
I would like to share my success story with all my friends. I did my graduation (bsc) in 2014 and started appearing for the exams.
My first exam was sbi clerk 2014 which i failed to qualify. I then appeared for rbi assistant and missed it. My confidence was down and i realised that i need to gear up so as to get a job.
i lacked self conidence to such an extent that i went to mumbai to attend the interview for bobcards. I was not sure at all if i would be able to get any job or not.
I desperately needed a job.
I appeared for ibps po 2014, ibps clerk and sbi asso po 2014 and was called for interview.Out of these, i only managed to qualify ibps clerk and on 1 april 2015, i was selected for pnb clerk. Meanwhlie, i gave exams like uiic ao , naicl ao, uiic assistant, niacl assistant, nicl and missed them all.
Then i finally thought of joining a coaching in order to achieve something better.
I joined careerpower in bareilly. I was blessed to have a teacher and mentor like SACHIN PRATAP SINGH SIR, who always had confidence in me. He always tried to boost me all through that period.
I joined pnb but after 3 months i realised that i can and i should try for something better. Against all voices, i resigned. Meanwhile, i was also selected as officer scale 1 in baroda up gramin bank.
I worked hard and qualified ibps po in 2015 but missed sbi po 2015 in the final list. i also appeared for lic aao and uiic ao 2016 On, 1 april 2016, i was alloted idbi bank. I appeared for sbi po 2016 and missed again. I then had the choice of joining either idbi po or rrb po. I decided to join idbi po beacuse i was not bound to sign a bond there. After 2-3 months, I decided to quit idbi and banking and started preparing for ssc cgl 2016 mains. Again against all voices, i resigned from idbi too. But after the declaration of ssc tier one result, i was quite puzzled to see that i could not even qualify the pre of ssc cgl 2016. Moreover, i missed lic aao by 3 marks in the final list and also missed uiic ao in the final list.
I seemed to have lost everything and decided to start once again.
It was very very hard for me to believe that i was standing no where. Though it was my own choice and i kept backing myself meanwhile. I trusted my instinct.
I appeared for nabard assistant and missed. Everything was going wrong by then. But on 16 dec 2016, i recieved a mail from united india insurance co. that i was selected in the first waiting list that was released by them for the post of administrative officer.
I thanked God for finally giving me something and something better. Finally, I joined uiic on 6 feb 2017 in farrukhabad U.P.
Once again i would like to thank sachin sir and all the faculty of the careerpower. The environment which they gave me in the coaching was perfect.
The material for current affairs and computer was also more than helpful.
I would also like to thank bankersadda for the same. My family and friends specially Pragya, helped me a lot all through the period.
I would suggest the aspirants to practice through online st , and “adda 247” app in particular because this app is more than awesome. Give the online tests as many as you can and experiment as much as you can. Analyse the results and your weaknesses and the success will be yours.
