1.Tutelage: the teaching of an individual student by a teacher,  an act of guarding or protecting something

2.Uncanny: strange or unusual in a way that is surprising or difficult to understand

7.Subterfuge: the use of tricks especially to hide, avoid, or get something

8.Capitol: the building in which the people who make the laws of a U.S. state meet

Sentence: the legislators were called to the capitol for an emergency session

9.Capricious: changing often and quickly; especially : often changing suddenly in mood or behaviour
Synonym: fickle, changeable, changeful.
Sentence: The court ruled that the punishment was arbitrary and capricious.

10.Procrastinate: to be slow or late about doing something that should be done : to delay doing something until a later time because you do not want to do it, because you are lazy, etc.

Sentence: He procrastinated and missed the submission deadline.
