My name is Hari N.V. I am from Chintamani I have cleared RRB-Officer Scale-1(Karnataka Vikas Grameen bank) & IBPS-clerk(Union bank of india) .
I am a graduate in B.E(ECE) & passed in 2010. I had interest in banking since their way of work inspired me.But my technical background kept me in dilemma to choose banking or IT. Initially i was trying for Job in IT ,started working in Bangalore international airport from 2011 onwards. In 2013 i realised i have to try for Govt job(Banking) since my job was not permanent. Started giving all ibps, sbi exams but unable to clear the sectional cut-off itself. In 2014, i met my manager & told about my interest in Banking ,he supported me & gave me Shift Flexibility & i joined 1 local coaching center.

My Attempts : 2014 IBPS PO,SO,Clerk—Not cleared GK cut-off
2015 IBPS Clerk—cleared prelims & mains cut-off but failed in merit.
2016 Finally reached the goal & achieved it.
My story is mainly for those who are working & always worried about time to prepare for exams. Never give up until u clear all rounds. Daily or weekly prepare for the selected topics & be accurate. For best preparation i followed Bankeradda.com & Adda247. Last minute tips helped me a lot for clearing 2 exams this time.
Strong basics of Aptitude, Reasoning, English are essential tools for cracking the exam. Career power test series are 100% ll improve our speed in the actual exam.
Advice: Dont worry about the failure ,it will come to help us & overcome it. For getting success need so many trail & error tests .
For every exam ,try to correct the mistakes of previous exam & improve the accuracy.
