SBI Clerk Syllabus 2023
The SBI Clerk exam has two stages -Prelims and Mains. then the candidates appear for Language Proficiency Test. The SBI Clerk prelims exam is only for qualification; the prelims exam marks are not added to the merit list. SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2023: Prelims
SBI Clerk consists of three subjects i.e. Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language in the preliminary exam. The Preliminary Examination consists of Objective Test for 100 marks. This test is of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 Sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:

SBI Clerk Exam Pattern 2023: Mains
Four sections are there in the SBI Clerk Mains exam i.e. Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and General Awareness. There is a sectional timing in the SBI Clerk mains exam given below. SBI Clerk Main Examination consists of Objective Tests for 200 marks. Note: There will be negative marks of 1/4th in both prelims as well as the mains exam. Also, there is sectional timing in both phases of the SBI Clerk Exam.
The merit list will be framed as per the main stage marks but it is important to go through the specified opted language.

Language Proficiency Test
After qualifying SBI Clerk Mains exam, candidates have to qualify for the specified opted local language test. Those who produce 10th and 12th standard mark sheets having specified local language will not be subject to any language test. Candidates not found proficient in the specified opted local language would be disqualified.
