IRDA Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023: Exam Pattern Phase I

• The Phase I Exam for Assistant Manager recruitment will be conducted online and will be of objective type.
• The exam will be available in both English and Hindi languages, except for the English Language test which will only be in English.
• There will be negative marking, with 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.
• To qualify the prelims examination, candidates must pass each of the four objective tests and also meet the aggregate passing criteria.

IRDA Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023: Exam Pattern Phase II

• The IRDA Assistant Manager Phase II Exam will be of descriptive type.
• The Phase II Exam will consist of three papers.
• Questions will appear on the screen, and candidates will have to write their answers on answer sheets.
• All three papers will be available in both English and Hindi languages, except for the English Language test which will only be in English.

IRDA Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023: Phase III

Here are the details on Phase III or the interview round as mentioned in the recruitment notification.

• Candidates for Actuarial, Finance, Law, IT, Research and General stream shall be shortlisted for Phase III – Interview based on the aggregate marks obtained in Papers I, II and III of Phase II – Descriptive Examination only.
• The minimum cut-off marks for being shortlisted for Phase III – Interview shall be decided for each stream by IRDAI.
• Final selection shall be based on the performance and merit of the candidates under respective stream in Phase II – Descriptive Examination and Phase III – Interview, taken together rewrite this
