Clerical to JMGS-I

Under the General Cadre, the Merit & Normal cum Seniority Channel examination is scheduled for 3 January 2027, while the Trainee Officer Channel examination is scheduled for 10 January 2027. For the Specialist Cadre, the Clerical to JMGS-I Trainee Officer Channel for Systems is scheduled for 9 January 2027.

JMGS-I to MMGS-II

The promotion from JMGS-I to MMGS-II appears under both the General and Specialist Cadres in the announced schedule. For the General Cadre, the examination is scheduled for 17 January 2027 in the afternoon. Under the Specialist Cadre, the examination is scheduled for 24 January 2027 in the afternoon.

MMGS-II to MMGS-III

The schedule also includes promotion from MMGS-II to MMGS-III. For the General Cadre, the examination is the first scheduled examination and will be held on 26 December 2026 in the afternoon.
