Deputy Vice President (Analytical Marketing & Campaign)

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Analytics is preferred.

The age limit is 33 to 45 years. Candidates must have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience in marketing in e-Commerce, banking, fintech, IT or a consumer-facing company. Experience as a marketing analyst or business analyst is preferred.

Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing)

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field. An MBA/PGDM is preferred.

The age limit is 33 to 45 years. Candidates need a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in marketing in e-Commerce, banking, fintech, IT or a consumer-facing company. Experience in digital acquisition or social media marketing is preferred.

Content Specialist

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, content writing, advertising, creative writing or communications are preferred.

The prescribed age limit is 25 to 40 years. Candidates must have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in content production, digital operations or creative coordination, preferably in financial services or other regulated industries.

SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Salary 2026

The remuneration for these contractual positions is based on annual CTC and is negotiable depending on factors such as experience, current emoluments and place of posting.

The annual CTC is:

• Deputy Vice President (Analytical Marketing & Campaign): Up to ₹63 lakh
• Deputy Vice President (Digital Marketing): Up to ₹63 lakh
• Content Specialist: Up to ₹19 lakh

SBI SCO 2026 Selection Process

• The selection process consists of shortlisting and interview. Merely meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee an interview call. SBI’s shortlisting committee will determine the parameters and shortlist candidates accordingly.
• For the Deputy Vice President posts, shortlisted candidates will also be required to deliver a 5–10 minute presentation on the relevant job profile as part of the interview process.
• The interview carries 100 marks. After the interview, SBI may conduct CTC negotiations with shortlisted candidates. The final merit list will be prepared based on interview scores, with candidates arranged in descending order of marks.

SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Application Fee 2026

Candidates belonging to General, EWS and OBC categories are required to pay an application fee and intimation charges of ₹750. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and PwBD categories are exempt from the application fee and intimation charges. The fee is non-refundable.
