SBI SCO 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Credit Analyst (Manager)

Age Limit: The age limit for the Manager (Credit Analyst) post is 25 to 35 years.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Graduate degree in any discipline from a government-recognized university or institution and possess professional qualifications such as MBA (Finance), PGDBA, PGDBM, MMS (Finance), CA, CFA, or ICWA as of 31 August 2025.

Post-Qualification Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in corporate credit or high-value credit in a supervisory or management role at a scheduled commercial bank, its associate/subsidiary, or a public sector/listed financial institution or company. Experience must include appraisal and assessment of credit proposals for medium to large corporates.

Specific Skills Required: Essential skills for this role include balance sheet analysis, credit appraisal, assessment of credit proposals, and credit monitoring.

Products – Digital Platforms (Manager,  Deputy Manager)

Age Limit

• Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 28 to 35 years
• Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms): 25 to 32 years

Educational Qualification

Manager / Deputy Manager – Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computers, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Telecommunication Or Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Minimum 60% marks from a recognized university or institution

Preferable:

Additional qualification in MBA / Executive MBA is preferred.

Other Qualifications (Preferred Certifications)

Preference will be given to candidates holding any of the following certifications valid as of 31 August 2025:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI
• PRINCE2 Practitioner
• NPCI Certification of Payment Systems
• RBI Certified Payment Specialist
• Certified Card Industry Professional (CCIP)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• PCI Qualified Assessor (PCI QSA)
• Certified Risk and Compliance Professional (CRCP)

Work Experience (Post-Basic Qualification)

• Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Payments, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), FASTag, Digital Solutions, FinTech, Risk Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Deputy Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in the same fields as above.

Note:

• Experience must be supported with detailed Experience Certificates mentioning nature of duties, dates, duration, level/position, and responsibilities.
• In absence of formal experience certificates, alternative documents clearly showing experience may be considered at the bank’s discretion.
• Training and teaching experience will not be counted.
