Manager (Generalist)

• Candidates applying for the Manager (Generalist) position should not be more than 35 years of age. The candidate should be a graduate or postgraduate from a recognised university under a regular curriculum.
• In terms of experience, candidates should have 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years of service as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or an equivalent cadre in a bank. The post is on a regular basis, and remuneration will be applicable as per the Manager cadre.

Security Officer

• For the Security Officer post, the maximum age is 50 years as on 31 July 2026. Candidates should hold a graduate or postgraduate qualification from a recognised university under the regular curriculum.
• The eligibility requirement includes an officer with 5 years of commissioned service in the Army, Navy or Air Force at least up to the rank of Lieutenant or equivalent, or an officer of identical rank in Para Military Forces, or an eligible Police Department Inspector-cadre officer and above with 15 years of experience.
• The Security Officer post is offered on a 3-year contract basis, renewable for another two years based on satisfactory performance. The consolidated pay is ₹50,000 per month, with applicable conveyance and halting allowances.

Specialist Officer – Law

• TMB has advertised Law positions at two levels: Manager (Law) and Assistant Manager (Law).
• For Manager (Law), candidates must be aged up to 40 years as on 31 July 2026 and possess a BL/ML or equivalent degree. They should have 5 years of Bar experience or at least 5 years of experience as an officer in the legal department of a Bank/Financial Institution.
• For Assistant Manager (Law), the maximum age is 35 years as on 31 July 2026. Candidates must have a BL/ML or equivalent degree and at least 3 years of experience as an officer in the legal department of a Bank/FI. Both positions are on a regular basis.
