Note: Age relaxation is available for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-servicemen, and eligible AAI employees as per Government of India rules.
Application Fees
Candidates are required to pay the prescribed application fee while submitting the online application form.
- SC/ST/PwBD/Women Candidates: ₹1,000
- All Other Candidates: ₹2,000
- The application fee is non-refundable.
- Payment must be made through the online payment gateway available during the application process.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of multiple stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective-type online test will be conducted for all posts. There is no negative marking.
- Application Verification: Shortlisted candidates from the CBT will be called for document verification.
- Subsequent Tests (as applicable):
- For Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts): CBT will be followed by an Interview.
- For Post Code 7 (Manager – Fire Services): Candidates must also qualify in Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, etc.) before appearing for the interview.
- Final Merit List: Prepared based on performance in the CBT and Interview (wherever applicable), subject to meeting all eligibility criteria.
AAI Recruitment 2026 Salary
AAI offers an attractive salary package along with several allowances and benefits.
- Manager (E-3): ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Junior Executive (E-1): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
Note: The approximate annual CTC is around ₹21 lakh for Managers and ₹14 lakh for Junior Executives
