Bank of Baroda has announced 17 Guest Player vacancies for its sports teams based in Mumbai. The sport-wise and gender-wise vacancy details are given below:

Bank of Baroda Guest Player Recruitment 2026 Application Form

The application form is provided as Annexure A in the advertisement. Candidates have to provide details related to their sport/position, personal information, educational qualification, sports achievements and local club details. The form also requires applicants to provide information regarding tournaments, competition levels, achievements, medals/positions and certificate-issuing authorities. Candidates are also required to provide their current local club/team details, including the club/team location and applicable registration or federation ID.

Candidates can follow the steps below to submit their application:

1. Download the prescribed Annexure A application form from the official notification.
2. Select the sport for which you are applying – Cricket, Table Tennis (Men), or Table Tennis (Women).

Bank of Baroda Guest Player Salary 2026

The selected candidates will receive a monthly retainership amount of ₹25,000. They may also receive other financial benefits, if admissible under the Bank’s extant Sports Policy. The engagement will be for a period of 12 months. It is temporary and contractual in nature and does not create an employer-employee relationship or provide any entitlement to regular appointment or absorption in Bank of Baroda.

Bank of Baroda Guest Player Eligibility Criteria 2026

Candidates applying for the Bank of Baroda Guest Player Recruitment 2026 must fulfil the prescribed age, educational, sports qualification and nationality requirements.

Age Limit

The candidate’s age should be:

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 30 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed at least 10th Standard from a recognized Board.

Sports Qualification

Eligible local club players must fulfil any of the prescribed sports achievement criteria. Candidates may be eligible if they:

• Have represented a State/UT or the country in National or International competitions.
• Are medal winners in Junior National Championships.
• Are medal winners in Khelo India Youth Games in the applicable age category above 18 years.
• Are medal winners in Khelo India Winter Games.
• Are medal winners in Khelo India University Games.
• Are medal winners in School Games Federation of India competitions.
• Have represented their University in Inter-University Tournaments conducted by the relevant Inter-University Sports Boards.
• Have represented the State/UT School Team in National Sports/Games for Schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation.

Nationality

Bank of Baroda Guest Player Selection Process 2026

The selection process consists of scrutiny/shortlisting of applications followed by Field Trials for eligible applicants.

The evaluation will be conducted for a total of 100 marks, as follows:

Eligible applicants will be called for Field Trials at a designated venue in Mumbai. The date, time and venue will be communicated separately through the email ID provided by the applicants.

Candidates have to appear for the Field Trials at their own cost. They should also carry their recent passport-size photograph, original certificates/documents related to age, education, sports achievements and identity, along with self-attested copies.
