RRB NTPC Undergraduate Exam Date 2025 Out, Check Complete Exam Schedule

The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have officially announced the RRB NTPC Undergraduate Exam Date 2025 for various 12th-pass level posts under the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC). According to the latest notification, the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for undergraduate posts will be held from 7th August to 8th September 2025. Out of the total 11,558 NTPC vacancies, 3,445 are designated for candidates applying through the 12th-pass eligibility route.

RRB NTPC Undergraduate Exam Date 2025 Out

The RRB NTPC Undergraduate Exam 2025 targets posts that require a minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Intermediate), such as Junior Clerk cum Typist, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Train Clerk, and similar roles. The Computer-Based Test (CBT) for these posts is scheduled to be conducted between 7th August and 8th September 2025 at various centres across India.

RRB NTPC Exam City Intimation & E-Call Letter Download

To help candidates plan ahead, the RRBs will activate the Exam City and Date Intimation Link approximately 10 days before the exam. This will allow applicants to know their allotted city in advance for travel arrangements. Additionally, the e-call letters (admit cards) will be released 4 days before each candidate’s exam date on the respective RRB regional websites. Candidates are advised to regularly visit their regional RRB portal for timely updates.

RRB NTPC UG Exam City & Date Intimation

The RRBs will activate the Exam City & Date Intimation Link about 10 days before the exam. This link will allow candidates to:

• Know their exam city in advance
• Check the exact date of their CBT
• Plan travel and accommodation accordingly
• Candidates from the SC/ST categories can also download their Free Travel Authority through this link, which enables them to travel to the exam centre without paying railway fares (as per norms).

RRB NTPC UG E-Call Letter 2025

The admit card (e-call letter) will be made available 4 days before the candidate’s exam date. Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid photo ID on the exam day. Failure to produce the documents may lead to disqualification from appearing in the exam. These include key posts like Junior Clerk cum Typist, Train Clerk, and others.  It will contain important details like:

• Name and Roll Number
• Exam Date and Shift Timing
• Reporting Time and Venue
• Exam Day Instructions

RRB NTPC UG Admit Card 2025

The hall ticket will be issued region-wise and made available on the official websites of the respective Railway Recruitment Boards. Candidates appearing for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate CBT-1 Exam 2025 will be able to download their admit cards from 3 August 2025 onwards. The exam is scheduled to take place from 7 August to 8 September 2025. To access the e-call letter, candidates need to log in with their Registration Number and Date of Birth. The admit card will provide all key details including the exam centre location, timing of the shift, and important instructions to be followed on the exam day.
