AIC Management Trainee Salary Structure 2023: Training & Probation

The training period of a candidate selected as Management Trainee in AIC will be for 1 year. On successful completion of training, the trainee will be eligible for the post of Administrative Officer (Scale I). The work they perform during the training period will be analyzed by the company and if their performance is satisfactory then further the process of Interview/Interaction will be done.  The Management Trainee promoted as Scale I Officer after completing their training will be treated at par with a Direct Recruit Officer in Scale I and will have to work on probation for a period of one year from the date of absorption. The company has the right to further extend the probation period. During the training or probation period if the authorities are not satisfied with the work of the aspirant then they can terminate the candidate immediately without any notice or giving any reason.

AIC Salary 2023: Guarantee Bond

The Management Trainees who are selected as Administrative Officer Scale I, will have to give an undertaking -cum-Guarantee Bond to serve the Agriculture Insurance Company Of India for a minimum period of three years including the probation period. Before the expiry of the bond period if the candidate resigns from the organization or the Company terminates the employment then the aspirants will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to Consolidated pay received during the training period of one year, which will be proportionately decreased depending upon the working period in the company. To this effect, he/she will have to submit a stamped Bond duly executed by two sureties (not blood relatives), of sound financial standing in the format prescribed by the Company.
