Selection Process of Airport Authority of India 2026
The selection process for AAI Recruitment 2026 varies slightly depending on the post. Candidates must qualify each stage to be considered for final appointment.
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): All candidates must appear for an online objective-type examination. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
- Application Verification: Candidates shortlisted based on their CBT performance will be called for document verification.
- Interview: Applicable only for Manager posts after successful document verification.
- Physical & Driving Tests: Candidates applying for Manager (Fire Services) must also qualify the Physical Measurement Test, Physical Endurance Test, and Driving Test before the interview.

The online examination consists of objective-type questions designed to assess candidates’ aptitude, reasoning ability, English language skills, and general awareness. There is no penalty for incorrect answers, allowing candidates to attempt all questions confidently.
