Period of Training
All selected candidates will be given two years of training at various training centers situated across the country. The candidates will not have any choice/option for any particular training program/training place.

Grade after Successful Completion of Training
After successful completion of training, candidates will be considered for absorption in the following grade at the time of appointment on their performance during the period of training and an interview to be held at the end of the training. BARC Salary 2023: Bond
All selected candidates will have to execute a bond to complete the training and to serve constituent units of DAE for a period of three years after absorption. If any candidate fails to complete the training and serve the department for 3 years after absorption will be liable to pay to the government a sum equivalent to the aggregate amount of stipend and book allowance received by him during the period of training along with interest.
