i.Naveen Patnaik launches Biju Sishu Surakshya Yojana to nurture orphan kids.

ii.The state government launched the Biju Sishu Surakshya Yojana, a scheme to nurture the orphan and HIV-infected children residing in different child care institutions and orphanages.
