- On June 16, 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) inaugurated its newly relocated Andhra Pradesh regional office in Vijayawada.

- To increase transaction transparency and reduce fraud, apps will display only the final beneficiary’s name, and users will no longer be able to edit it.
