Documents Required For IDBI JAM Interview 2026

The IDBI JAM Interview 2026 is being conducted along with the Document Verification (DV) process till 25 June 2026 for candidates shortlisted after the online examination. Candidates appearing for the Personal Interview must carry all original documents along with attested photocopies to establish their eligibility, educational qualifications, domicile, category status, and other claims. The bank has clearly stated that failure to produce even one of the required documents may lead to disqualification from the interview process.

Candidates are advised to arrange all certificates in advance and verify that the details mentioned in the documents match the information submitted in the online application form. Along with the interview call letter, candidates must also carry photographs, identity proof, educational certificates, and other supporting documents as prescribed by IDBI Bank.

List of Documents For IDBI JAM Interview 2026

Candidates must carry the following documents during the Document Verification and Interview process:

Mandatory Documents

• Interview Call Letter with passport-size photograph affixed and signed.
• Printout of the Online Application Form.
• Date of Birth Proof (Birth Certificate/Class 10 Certificate/School Leaving Certificate).
• Valid Self-Domicile Certificate for the applied State/Zone.
• SSC/10th or HSC/12th Certificate showing proficiency in the regional language of the applied zone.
• Class 10 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate.
• Class 12 Mark Sheet and Passing Certificate.
• Graduation Mark Sheets of all semesters/years.
• Consolidated Graduation Mark Sheet.
• Provisional or Final Degree Certificate.
• Post-Graduation Certificates (if applicable).

Category Certificate Documents

Candidates belonging to reserved categories must carry valid certificates issued in the prescribed Central Government format.

• SC Certificate
• ST Certificate
• OBC (NCL) Certificate
• EWS Certificate
• PwBD Certificate
• Ex-Servicemen Certificate and Identity Card

Note: The certificate should be complete, duly signed, and bear the official seal of the issuing authority.

Experience Related Documents

Candidates claiming work experience are required to submit:

• Experience Certificates from previous and current employers.
• Relieving Letters from previous organizations.
• Duly accepted Offer Letter (for current employment).
• Last three months’ Salary Slips.
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer, if working in
• Government, PSU, or Public Sector Banks.

Photo Identity Proof Accepted

Candidates must carry one original photo identity proof. The following IDs are accepted:

• Aadhaar Card/e-Aadhaar
• PAN Card
• Passport
• Voter ID Card
• Permanent Driving License
• Bank Passbook with Photograph
• Employee ID
• Government-issued Photo Identity Card

Note: Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.

Photographs and CV Requirements

Apart from the certificates, candidates must also carry:

• Four copies of Curriculum Vitae (CV) in the prescribed format.
• Two recent passport-size photographs identical to those uploaded during the application process.

Biometric and IRIS Verification

IDBI Bank will conduct Biometric and IRIS verification during the DV and Interview process. The biometric and IRIS data captured during the online examination will be matched with the candidate appearing for the interview.

• Remove contact lenses and spectacles during IRIS verification.
• Wash hands thoroughly if fingers have ink, mehndi, or any coating.
• Ensure fingers are clean and dry before biometric capture.
• Carry both originals and attested photocopies of all certificates.
