The Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection is going to conduct the IBPS PO Prelims Exam 2021 on 4th and 11th December 2021. Candiates appearing for this examination must carry some important documents at the examination center, as they are mandatory for the verification of the applicants. Candidates are also required to follow some guidelines set by IBPS. If any candidate fails to present the important documents or doesn’t follow the set guidelines, then his/her candidature will get canceled.
Documents Required for IBPS PO Prelims Exam 2021
Candidates appearing for the IBPS PO Prelims Exam 2021 on 4th and 11th December 2021 must carry the below-mentioned important documents. Failing to do so may result in the cancellation of the candidature.
- Candidates must carry the IBPS PO Prelims Admit card 2021 (HardCopy/Printout).
- Candidates must carry Photo ID Proof in original like PAN Card/Passport/Aadhaar card/E-Aadhar Card with a photograph/Permanent Driving Licence/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook.
- The candidate must have 3 passport-size photographs this time. The photo should be matched the photo attached to the application form.
Candidates are advised to keep all these important documents ready a day before the examination and cross-check them before leaving for the IBPS PO Examination Center.
Other Important Things To Carry
Apart from the important documents discussed above, candidates must carry the below-mentioned things at the IBPS PO Examination Center:
- Mask (WEARING A MASK is COMPULSORY)
- Gloves
- Personal transparent water bottle (Candidates must bring their water bottle)
- Personal hand sanitizer (50 ml)
- A simple pen
- In case of Scribe Candidates – Scribe form duly filled and signed with Photograph affixed.
- No other items are permitted inside the venue.
Important Guidelines for IBPS PO Prelims Exam 2021
Candidates appearing for the examination have to follow some guidelines set by IBPS with regards to
- Wearing masks and gloves is mandatory. No candidate shall be allowed inside the exam venue without a mask.
- Candidates should be present at the examination center before the time given in the hall ticket. A candidate who reaches the examination center after the time allotted, will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
- The aspirants will be required to put their left thumb impression clearly and sign clearly in the respective spaces provided on their IBPS PO call letter in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall.
- Candidates must have the Aarogya Setu App on their mobile phones, the status of which will be checked by the Security Guards. Candidates who do not have a Mobile Phone must bring along a self-attested declaration.
- Candidates must carry a transparent water bottle along with them and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
- The rough sheets shall be kept on the candidate’s desk and no extra sheets shall be provided during the exam.
- Candidates shall have to drop their IBPS PO call letter, photocopy of Identity Proof, and their worksheets in a box after the completion of the examination.
