Federal Bank Officer Scale I Eligibility Criteria 2025
To apply for the Officer (Sales & Client Acquisition) role, candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility standards:
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be Postgraduates from a recognized university or institution established under the UGC Act or approved by AICTE. They must have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Class X, Class XII/Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025):
- General Candidates: Not above 27 years (born on or after 01.10.1998).
- Candidates with 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector: Not above 28 years (born on or after 01.10.1997).
- SC/ST candidates: Not above 32 years (born on or after 01.10.1993).
Nationality: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

- The CTC per annum ranges between ₹12.84 lakh to ₹17 lakh, depending on posting location and other factors.
