He joined HDFC ERGO General Insurance in 2016 following its merger with L&T General Insurance and has since played a key role in driving business growth. Over the years, he has held several important positions, including:
- National Retail Sales Head (2014–2016)
- Business Head – North Region
- President – Motor Business (2019–2022)
- Director and Chief Business Officer (2024–2025)
- Executive Director (since May 1, 2025)
In his recent role, he has been responsible for overseeing critical functions such as profit and loss (P&L), sales, underwriting, claims, reinsurance, marketing, and IT operations. His diverse experience and leadership capabilities make him well-suited to lead the company in a competitive market.
