Hello Everyone..!!
My name is Nikhil Sharma and I am going to share my interview
experience with all of you today.

Documents verification process went well …no issues ..!! My serial number was 16 ..and interview started at 4:00 pm..!! 15-20 mins ..!!
I entered the room and wished everyone.
There were 5 members. 1 Woman, 4 Men. F1, M1 M2 M3 M4 .F1 was near to the entry door.
M1 :- Haan ji bête ..to kya naam hai apka..!!
ans :- replied
F2 :- Beta apne B.tech kia hai…from electronics and instrumentation se…kaun se college se kiaa hai??
ans:- replied
F2:- Fir apka On-campus placement hua tha??
ans :- No ma’am mera on campus placement nahi hua tha.(justification dena maine jaruri ni samjha …ki kyu ni hua tha on-campus)
F2 :- Kaun si companies aati hai aapke college mei?
ans :- told
F3:- To 2014 ke aap pass out ho..kya kia abhi tak?
ans :- Ma’am ..Off campus try kia..joined Mphaisis as network engineer..then resigned from there… after 7 months..as got selected in Cognizant as Programmer analyst. ( itna bolte hi sabhi members na jaane kyu khush hogae…)
M1:- ohh..waah….you know Nikhil ..it is one of the world’s biggest multinational company and you want to come in Banking sector..why?? I know salary freshers ko utni jyada nahi di jaati ..jitnaa aap sochte ho..bt still after sometime..you people really earn a lot..!! My
Daughter is also in Cognizant .. right now..!!
Ans:- Sir I know it’s a very good company and i joined private sector only because I don’t want to be financially dependent on my family… and since banking sector in now days providing good salary ..with safe and secure future…so I resigned few months back..and right now preparing for banking sector…!!
( Everyone gave me shocking reply and then smiled… but they all are started one by one..with the same ques..)
M1,M2 and M3 :- Beta …aapne bahut bada risk lia hai…!! ek acchi job jo already apke haath mei thi…usse resign kar ke aap prepration kar re ho? Kyaa ?? aapko nahi lagtaa ..aapne galti ki hai resign kar ke??
ans:- Sir …galati islie ni lagti..!! kyuki mae sure n confident hu…aur apna future ek public sector bank mei hi dekhta hu… long term career ke lie…!!
M4( Observer I guess) :- To aap confident ho?
ans :- yes sir..I am confident but not over confident..!! ( he smiled)
M3 :- To Aap agar PO appoint hotey hai..kisi bank mei…kya improve karna chahege..aur kaise karege..!!
ans :- customer service satisfaction mujhe ek point laga …to maine isipe unko explain kia…demonetisation,digital banking,cashless economy ke examples bhi die..!! and fir loaning ka bhi example dia..!! ( satisfied lagey mujhe vo..kyu ki counter question ni aya asa kuch ..)
M2:- Very good…loaning ki baat ki hai apne..chaliye bataiye…hum loan dete waqt kya kya dhyaan mei rakhtey hain..n kya steps follow karte hain..!!
ans :- explain kar dia…easily …!! (satisfied hi lagey mujhe)
M1 :- Public sector bank n private sector bank ke kaam karne ke tareeke mei kyaa difference hai?? Koi bhi ek point..!!
ans :- sir, P.S banks RBI n government ki development schemes ko focus mei rakhtey hue…sabhi sectors ko loan provide karte hain…private sector apne rigid loan policies ki wajah se utney loans ni provide kar parahe.!! ( satisfied lagey aur is point mei unhoney mujhe bhi explain kie kuch points)
M2:- Schemes ki baat ki hai…aapne ..chaliye fr koi ek developmental scheme bataiye..??
ans :- Sir..Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana..!! n explained about it..!!
M3:- Accha ye bataiye…CRR aur SLR pata hai??
ans :- Yes Sir..
M3 :- To bataiye..par explain kijiega…definition nahi… samjh lijiye mujhe kuch nahi pata iske bare mei ….aap explain bahut accha karte hain islie definition ni chahie….!! (they all started laughing)
ans :- With a smile ..step by step sab kuch explain kar dia…n current rates bhi bata die..!! (they were all smiling n then said..very good)
M2 :- What RBI do in case of inflation and deflation??
ans :- In case of inflation :- Dear or tight money policy follow karta hai..!! In case of deflation :- Cheap money policy follow karta hai..!! kaise karta hai…vo explain karne hi wala tha..they stopped me..!!
M1 :- Cognizant mei apki joining kahan pe thi??
ans :- Sir.. Coimbatore,Tamil nadu..!!
M1 :- Hmmm..matlab ghar n family se door they..isilie aapko laga resign de dete hain..!!
ans : No Sir..as such asa kuch issue ni hai.. I m ready to get posted in any location..!! Its just ..i want to focus on my banking preparation sincerely…so I resigned..!!
