My name is Vishal Ranjan Jha and I am going to share my experience which I had on 01/01/2020.
I was allotted under Panel 1 during afternoon batch.The interviewer called me inside.
There were 5 members in the panel, 4 were men and 1 lady interviewer. My interview experience begin now:
Me – May I come in sir
M1- Yes,please come in
Me – Good afternoon ma’am , good afternoon sir ( looking at every male panelists)
M1- You can sit.
Me – Thank you so much sir ( smiled )
M1- So from which place you belong ?
Me – Sir, I am Vishal Ranjan Jha , I am from Balod
M1- So where exactly is this place ?
Me – Sir,Balod comes in Chhattissgarh
M1- So basically you have staying there since lon time I think
Me – yes sir
M1- So what is the name if your college
Me – Shree Shankaracharya Mahavidyalaya
M1- So in which year you completed your graduation.
Me – Sir in 2014
M1- Then what are you doing since then, didn’t you prepared for bank exams
Me – Yes sir I prepared and also gave the interview in this same room
M1- So this means this room is lucky for you.
Me – Sir (smiling) , last I didn’t got lucky I got rejected by 0.6 marks.
M1- So what you think your weakness was?
Me – Sir I was weak in maths and I worked on that
M1- You are confident so I think this year you will be able to clear this.
Me – Yes sir I also think so but it all depends on you sir
M1- So how was your interview last year
Me – Last year my interview went well
M1- So this year what do this is the difference between the interview
Me – Sir I cant say anything about that now that thing I will be able to say on 1st April when I will see my interview marks given by you.
M1- Last year how many marks you got?
Me – sir 68/69 approx
M1- So that was a good score.

M1 – So you are from commerce background, tell me from which topic I shouls ask you a question ?
Me – Sir , balance sheet
M1- asked few general questions related to balance sheet
Me – answered very well
M1- after continuous answers he went into deep
Me – don’t know sir

M1- So are you getting nervous ?
Me – No sir I jsut can’t remember I forgot, I am not nervous.
