IIBF DRA Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the DRA certification must meet the following eligibility conditions:
Educational Qualification: Minimum SSC (10th standard) passed.
Age: Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
Training Hours:
- 100 hours for candidates with qualifications below graduation.
- 50 hours for graduates and above.
For BPO/Call Centre Employees: Only 50 hours of training needed if graduate or higher.
Note: Retired bank officers aged 60 years or above with relevant experience in recovery may be exempted from training at the discretion of the bank.

- Enrol with an IIBF-accredited training institute.
- Complete the required hours of training (50 or 100 hours).
