IIBF DRA Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the DRA certification must meet the following eligibility conditions:

Educational Qualification: Minimum SSC (10th standard) passed.

Age: Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.

Training Hours:

  • 100 hours for candidates with qualifications below graduation.
  • 50 hours for graduates and above.

For BPO/Call Centre Employees: Only 50 hours of training needed if graduate or higher.

Note: Retired bank officers aged 60 years or above with relevant experience in recovery may be exempted from training at the discretion of the bank.

Certification Process for IIBF DRA Exam

To obtain certification, the following steps are to be completed:

  • Enrol with an IIBF-accredited training institute.
  • Complete the required hours of training (50 or 100 hours).
  • Obtain a Training Completion Certificate.
  • Register and apply for the IIBF online examination.
  • Appear and pass the exam.
  • Receive the pass certificate from IIBF.

IIBF DRA Exam Pattern
