Note: In the case of visually impaired candidates who cannot write, the text can be typed, and the candidate must put their left-hand thumb impression below the typed declaration before uploading.

Specifications for Uploading the Handwritten Declaration

Candidates must upload a scanned copy of their handwritten declaration in the prescribed format. The file specifications are as follows:

File type: JPG/JPEG

Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels at 200 DPI (preferred) or 10 cm x 5 cm (width x height)

File size: Between 50 KB- 100 KB

Note: If the uploaded file does not match the prescribed size or format, the system will show an error, and the application will remain incomplete.

While filling out the online form, click on the “Upload Handwritten Declaration” link.

• Browse and select the saved scanned file of your handwritten declaration.
• Click on the ‘Open/Upload’ button to attach the file.
