Local Language Proficiency Now Mandatory

  • Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT they apply for.

  • Exempted from language test if studied the language in the 10th grade or above.
  • Others must clear a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) after the Mains.
