NABARD Office Attendant Salary and Growth Profile

NABARD Office Attendant Notification is being released to recruit 73 candidates.  NABARD Office Attendant is a Subordinate Service of Grade ‘C’ level. The online registration link is active from 25 December 2019. Interested candidates must fill the registration form before 12 January 2020. The registration will be only through online mode. NABARD Office Attendant Recruitment is a two stage examination consisting of Preliminary and Mains stage followed by LPT (Language Proficiency Test). Both the prelims as well as mains exam will be conducted in online mode and will be objective in nature. Also, preliminary exam is qualifying in nature but the marks of mains will determine the selection of the candidate. Also, selected candidate should qualify the LPT as well which is a local language proficiency test.

NABARD Office Attendant Salary

Salary and work profile is the area which is verified at first by a candidate. As Office Attendant is a Grade ‘C’ level service, so the pay is according to that. The pay scale and other perks are as follows

Pay Scale:

Candidate who will made through the mains and will be able to make through the LPT as well will draw a starting basic pay of Rs.10940/- p.m. in the scale of Rs.10940-380(4)-12460-440(3)-13780-520(3)-15340-690(2)-16720-860(4)-20160-1180(3)-23700 applicable to Office Attendants in Group ‘C’

Also, NABARD Office Attendant will be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Local Compensatory Allowance, House Rent Allowance, and Grade Allowance as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly gross emoluments are approximately Rs. 24000/-

NABARD Office Attendant Career Prospects

Initial Phase 

Initial appointment of a selected applicant will be on probation for a period of 6 months, which may, at the Bank’s discretion, be extended for a further maximum period of 6 months. Selected candidates will be initially posted in NABARD’s Head Office/Regional office for which they have applied.

Growth

If a candidate have made it through the NABARD Office Attendant Recruitment, he/ she have to complete the probation period. After serving for 5 to 7 years and sometimes 10 years, they are being promoted to the post of Assistant. The promotion is subject to a candidates outstanding performance and behaviour skills. Also, the salary is increased after a certain period of time.
