NABARD Young Professional Selection Process 2026
The selection process for NABARD Young Professional Recruitment 2026 is conducted in a simple and transparent manner and consists of two main stages:
1. Application Screening
All applications received from eligible candidates are reviewed by a Screening Committee. Shortlisting is done based on factors such as academic performance, relevant work experience, overall profile, and the candidate’s statement of intent.
2. Interview
Candidates shortlisted after screening are called for an interview conducted by the Young Professional Selection Committee (YPSC). The final selection is based on the combined marks obtained in the presentation and interview.
Note: The final appointment is made strictly as per the decision of the Selection Committee. Additionally, selected candidates must be declared medically fit by medical officers approved by NABARD before joining.
NABARD Young Professional Salary 2026
Candidates selected as Young Professionals under NABARD Young Professional Recruitment 2026 will receive a fixed monthly stipend of ₹70,000/- (all inclusive). As per government norms, income tax and any other applicable taxes will be deducted at source before the stipend is paid.
