NHB Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria differ according to the post. Candidates must fulfil the required educational qualification, experience, and age criteria as on 1 September 2026.

• General Manager (IT): Maximum age 56 years. Candidates should have B.Tech/BE in Computer Science/IT and the required IT experience while serving at DGM Scale VI or above in Public Sector Banks.
• DGM (HR): Maximum age 56 years. MBA/PGDM in HR along with the prescribed HR experience is required.
• AGM (Accounts): Age should be between 33 and 55 years. Candidates with CA, CMA, MBA/PGDM in Finance and the required post-qualification experience can apply.
• Manager (HR): Age should be between 25 and 35 years. MBA/PGDM in HR with the required HR experience is required.
• Manager (Legal): Age should be between 25 and 35 years. Candidates should have an LLB/LLM and relevant experience in areas such as SARFAESI, DRT, property and recovery laws.
• DGM (Company Secretary): Age should be between 33 and 55 years. Candidates should be graduates, ICSI members and have the prescribed relevant post-qualification experience.

• DGM (Company Secretary): ₹3.50 lakh consolidated monthly remuneration, along with housing and conveyance allowance as applicable.

NHB Selection Process 2026

The selection process will primarily consist of shortlisting followed by an interview. Depending on the number of applications received, NHB may also conduct a Group Discussion.
