NICL AO Pre-Employment Medical Examination Schedule 2025–26

The Pre-Employment Medical Examination for provisionally shortlisted NICL AO candidates will be conducted over a fixed reporting window. Candidates are allowed to report on any one working day during the given period, excluding public holidays, as per their convenience.

• Reporting Period: 19 January 2026 (Monday) to 23 January 2026 (Friday)
• Morning Slot: 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• Afternoon Slot: 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Reporting Instructions for NICL AO Candidates

Provisionally shortlisted candidates must report to the office mentioned against their name in the official list. At the time of reporting, candidates are required to carry one valid Photo Identity Proof, such as:

• Driving Licence
• PAN Card
• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• Passport
• Failure to produce valid ID proof may lead to issues during verification.

NICL AO DV Schedule 2025–26: Key Points to Remember

• Report only at the medical centre mentioned against your name in the official list.
• You may report on any one working day between 19 to 23 January 2026 (excluding public holidays).
• Follow the prescribed time slots strictly (11:00 AM–1:00 PM / 2:30 PM–4:30 PM).
• Carry one valid photo ID proof for verification.
• No change of centre or date will be allowed.
• Reach the centre on time and follow all official instructions.

NICL AO Medical Examination: Verification & Appointment Process

• Medical examination is mandatory for final selection.
• Final appointment depends on a satisfactory medical report.
• NICL will verify documents related to:
• Age
• Educational qualification
• Caste certificate / Income & Asset certificate (if applicable)
• Disability certificate (for PwBD candidates)
• No travelling allowance will be paid for the medical test.
• Failure in medical or document verification may lead to cancellation of candidature.
