PFRDA Grade A Selection Process 2026
As per the PFRDA Grade A advertisement, the selection process consisted of three stages: Phase I, Phase II and Phase III Interview.

- In Phase II, Paper 1 was an English Descriptive Test to assess drafting skills and carried one-third weightage, while Paper 2 carried two-thirds weightage and consisted of stream-specific questions.
- Candidates had to secure separate cut-offs in both Phase II papers as well as the aggregate cut-off to qualify for the interview. There was also 1/4th negative marking in Phase II Paper 2.
- For final selection, Phase II carried 85% weightage and the Phase III Interview carried 15% weightage. The final merit was prepared based on the combined marks obtained in these two stages.
